A healthy work-life balance is paramount to us. Our workers work according to a clear and consistent schedule, with no daily overtime. This guarantees peace, regularity, and space for life outside of work.
We offer flexible hours for our servants. They determine their own workday, within our core hours of 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This approach offers both freedom and structure, allowing everyone to perform optimally at their own pace.
We also strongly believe in growth and development. At HDB, we’re always open to learning and actively encourage our employees to participate in training programs.
Time to unwind
With us, you’ll work a 38.5-hour week. Although a standard workweek is typically 40 hours, we offer twelve additional ADV days per year, on top of the twenty statutory vacation days. This ensures you have plenty of time to relax and maintain a healthy work-life balance. We also provide a thirteenth month salary, giving you extra financial breathing room at the end of the year. In addition, you’ll receive holiday pay on top of your regular salary and a generous commuting allowance.
