Within our mould-making department, turners are an essential link. With utmost precision, they machine metal parts into perfectly fitting components for our moulds. Using CNC machines, they create complex shapes and details with micrometer-level accuracy. A technical background already takes you a long way. That foundational knowledge provides a solid base to quickly become familiar with the machines, materials, and processes our turners work with every day.

Our maintenance employees are true problem-solvers. They detect faults and ensure everything is repaired quickly and efficiently. Whether it’s installing and adjusting machines, maintaining hand tools, or keeping our buildings and installations in top condition. They make sure everything keeps running smoothly.

In our mould-making department, millers are the specialists who transform raw materials into refined shapes. With advanced CNC machines and sharp technical insight, they mill complex components with extreme precision. Their work lays the foundation for perfectly fitting moulds and reliable end products.

Our mixing & grinding operators are the specialists who ensure a flawless start to the production process. With care and precision, they handle raw materials so that each batch meets the required quality standards. They mix and grind according to strict guidelines, preparing materials to be perfectly usable in the next steps of the process.

Our mould makers craft our moulds with precision and care. They ensure that all mechanical components are accurately assembled, resulting in a perfectly finished mould. But their work doesn’t stop there: they maintain, repair, and test moulds with an eye for detail and quality. Like true puzzle masters, they bring every part together into a functional whole.

In our post-processing department, our operators work with precision and dedication to operate printing and assembly machines. Thanks to their attention to detail, every plastic product receives the right finishing touch. They follow clear instructions and ensure a smooth production flow. This is also where all assembly takes place: different components are carefully brought together into a finished product. In addition, our operators thoroughly inspect each item for quality and ensure proper packaging.

Our employees are responsible for the careful packaging and inspection of plastic products. Many of our operators work in a cleanroom environment, where hygiene and precision are key. Thanks to their strict adherence to procedures and keen eye for detail, they ensure the consistent quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Day after day.

Our QA department is responsible for quality management at HDB. These colleagues safeguard quality in both processes and documentation. They create, review, and approve quality documents. In addition, they handle customer complaints and guide validation procedures.

Our QC employees ensure the quality of our products. With a sharp eye, they carry out precise inspections, take samples, and make sure every product meets the required standards. In case of quality issues, they provide immediate support and actively contribute to finding solutions.

Our team coaches provide structure, motivation, and smooth operations within their teams. They allocate tasks efficiently, guide employees, and step in whenever needed. Thanks to their hands-on involvement and eye for improvement, they make a difference every day. Acting as the key point of contact for their team, they foster a positive and productive work environment.

Our technical draftsmen are involved right from the start of every project. With an eye for detail and strong technical expertise, they design precise mold drawings tailored to the customer’s needs. Our technicians ensure that our injection molding machines run flawlessly. They closely monitor malfunctions and alarms, and intervene quickly whenever necessary. Our warehouse employees make sure every order reaches the customer neatly and on time. They carefully package products, manage stock, and keep the warehouse organized. Using forklifts, they ensure smooth incoming and outgoing goods flows, making the entire logistics process run efficiently.
